Summary of Work:Contractors shall immediately report critical or catastrophic deficiencies to the Contracting Officer and Chief of Facilities Management/Engineering Service for immediate action.

Work items, definitions, and references must comply with the latest NETA – Maintenance Testing Specifications (MTS) and the VHA Directive on Electrical Power Distribution Systems.
