Building 86 Canteen main kitchen: 1 exhaust hood 12 -6 long (Hobart-model Econo Vent-SN NFS1112). Building 86 Canteen serving line: 1 exhaust hood 4 6 long (Hobart-model Econo Vent-SN NFS113). Building 7 main kitchen: 2 exhaust hoods each are 16 long, back-to-back (Moli-Tron). Building 7 serving line: 1 exhaust hood 7 hood (Moli-Tron). How many filters are there? There are five (5) filters. Is there self-washing systems?

Yes, there is a self-washing system on the Building 7 Main Kitchen back-to-back exhaust hoods. Do you need any special equipment to complete the work? The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personnel services necessary to perform exhaust hood cleaning services as defined in the Performance Work Statement. Can we do the cleanings in any month, days, and times?

Building 86 Canteen: Monday-Friday with a start time of 2:00pm and must be completed by 2:00am the next day.

Building 7 Kitchen: Monday-Friday with a start time of 7:00pm and must be completed prior to next shift beginning at 4:30am the next day.
