This requirement is for four (4) lecterns which each include a microphone and speakers. What is the minimum number of speakers per lectern needed?   Minimum number is one speaker. How big are the speakers you are looking for? The speakers must be large enough to reach the audience within rooms between 500 and 1000 square feet in size. Do they need to have stands to keep them of the floor?

Speakers should be self-contained within the unit Will this be fixed in one room or do you want it to move from room to room? We have specified with locking casters so that it can be moved, if needed. What sound sources do you want or just the single microphone? Single Microphone **Warranty requirements previously listed in the solicitation have been removed. While warranties on the equipment would be preferred it is not required and no longer specified for this requirement.
