410A Freon Question 4: What is the brand or type of condenser coils currently in use? Are there specifications or drawings available for the replacement coils (e.g., size, capacity)?
Government Response: The following is information about the coils. Additional information is at the Trane website. Trane Technologies Trane part# COL18047 Outside Circuit 1 condenser coil CGAM. Trane Part# COL18048 Inside Circuit 1 condenser Coil CGAM. Refrigerant is R410-A 75LBS per coil Question 5: Where are the air handler units and condensers located (e.g., rooftop, mechanical room)?
Government Response: The Chiller is on the ground with easy access.
Question 6: Is there an actual start date for the project?
Government Response: Per Paragraph B. Performance Period of the Statement of Work, work shall be completed within three (3) weeks of contract award.

Government Response: Please provide a quote that best fits the work being requested.
Question 8: Is it possible to inspect the facility in person?
Government Response: Unfortunately, we cannot host inspections during the solicitation process.

Government Response: The program office does not require a license for this specific Statement of Work.
Question 10: Can we find a time to discuss our capabilities in person or via Teams?
Government Response: This is not possible during the solicitation period. However, the Statement of Work indicates after the contract is awarded, A virtual meeting shall be held to discuss timing and required preparatory actions.
Question 11: Can you confirm the year of installation or the current age of the units (e.g., drawings, maintenance records, or photos)? If located in elevated areas, is there a specific height or distance to consider for equipment access? Are there any known access restrictions or confined spaces in these areas?
