Typically, vendors will note the volume and then provide the information as outlined in the solicitation. Be sure to address each volume. Q2. How often would the vender be providing his services per calendar year?  And for the maintenance per calendar year? A2. Vendor does water testing and adjustment to the machine monthly. Maintenance are preformed quarterly with up to 12 emergency repair response within 48 hours per year.
