The purpose of this amendment 0001 to RFQ 36C25924Q0585 is to answer vendor questions. Q1. Do you want it in this format?

**Ex:** Volume I the information then Volume 2 and the information and so on. Or is it ok to just place the General title and the required information below? A1. Typically, vendors will note the volume and then provide the information as outlined in the solicitation. Be sure to address each volume. Q2. How often would the vender be providing his services per calendar year?  And for the maintenance per calendar year? A2. Vendor does water testing and adjustment to the machine monthly. Maintenance are preformed quarterly with up to 12 emergency repair response within 48 hours per year.
