The staining system must have the capability to analyze a wide range of samples from any tissue (human or animal), have the compatibility with a variety of tissue preparation approaches, be low maintenance and not require a full-time dedicated technician, and be able to have automated data collection and analysis in software that comes with the instrument.

The MACSima system consists of a liquid handling system, an automated working stage for precise positioning of samples and reagents, and an integrated microscope up to 20x magnification. The MACSima imaging system includes MACS iQ View Software solutions. The MACSima Imaging System uses MICS (MACSima Imaging Cyclic Staining) technology to acquire microscopy data for hundreds of markers using primary fluorochrome-conjugated antibodies on a single sample without harming the sample.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday, February 12, 2024. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice.

A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
