This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in Subpart 12.6- Streamline Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Item. This solicitation is issued under authority of FAR 13, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 or some combination thereof. The purpose of this amendment is to cancel Solicitation 36C25626Q0868_1 in its entirety.

After further review, it has been determined that the supplies identified in this requirement are available through existing Department of Veterans Affairs Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) contract vehicles. Accordingly, the requirement will be fulfilled utilizing the appropriate mandatory source of supply. All quotations received in response to this solicitation will no longer be considered for award. The solicitation is hereby cancelled effective immediately.
