The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, Biloxi, MS, is issuing a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is being issued.

Acquisition Policy Flash 26-26 (eff. 03/17/2026). The solicitation number 36C25626Q0736 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 339112 and the size standard is 1,000 employees.

This requirement is for a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside and will be firm-fixed-price. The closing date for this notice is 12:00 PM CT Friday, May 15, 2026. The requirement is for the following:

The contractor shall provide home sleep apnea testing (HSAT) services only. These services are to be performed at the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, MS, campus to include the Mobile, AL, Community Outpatient Clinic (MOPC), the Panama City West Clinic, Panama City, FL, and the Joint Ambulatory Care Center, Pensacola, FL. Services shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, as needed. (See Statement of Work for additional detailed information.)

Contractor to provide services in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract for the period of on or about June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, with four 12-month option periods. To be eligible for award of a contract, vendor must be actively registered in the SAM database (https://sam.gov/content/home).
