AMENDMENT 0003 Amendment 0003 to this solicitation (36C25624Q0259 0001 has now been posted. Offer due date and hour extended to April 26, 2024 @3:00 PM. SOLICITATION Contractor to provide all parts, labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to complete all work associated with Preventive Maintenance and Repairs of Automatic Doors for the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas. THIS IS A 100% SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.

2. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All quotes must include the following, as a minimum. Failure to include any of the following with a quote may result in that quote being determined non-responsive. Any quote determined non-responsive will NOT be evaluated for award.
