CRYOSTAT LEASE BASE & 4 OPTION PERIODS

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release a Request for Quotes (RFQ). We are seeking quotes on the following:

** 2 LEASED CRYOSTAT UNITS & MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR KANSAS CITY VAMC ** The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, with a Size Standards of $40.0M, and Product Supply Code (PSC) of 6640. This is a Firm-Fixed Price, FOB Destination requirement, and intended as Total Small Business Set-Aside.

All RFQ details, to include full specifications will be included in Section B of the RFQ, which will be released on or about November 21, 2024. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quote will be December 5, 2024, at 11:00 am Central Time (CT).

Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, FAR 4.11 states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database. All Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) shall be verified in VetBiz at www.vip.vetbiz.gov.
