2. Question: Do we need to add a line item for 2 smart card scanners? Answer is yes.
3. Question: Do we need 1 each or 2 each of the end cap storage? Answer is we need 2 each.

This is a solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul 12.

The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
