Wayne, and Jackie Walorski Clinic VA facilities.

Description of Equipment or Supplies: Five-month follow-on lease for: Fort Wayne Codonics Lease/Support, Fort Wayne ES Lease/Support, Marion ES Lease/Support, St Joseph ES Lease/Support A firm fixed price contract with no option years is anticipated and shall be awarded.
