Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS), 1700 East 38th Street, Marion, IN, intends to negotiate a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source for a five-month follow-on lease for Pyxis ES Medstation Equipment for NIHCS Pharmacy Services for Marion, Ft. Wayne, and Jackie Walorski Clinic VA facilities.
