Intent to Sole Source: Dr. Robert Gallop for Biostatistics Consultation services.

This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Puget Sound VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract for a one (1) year base period and three (3) annual option year periods with Dr. Robert Gallop, a biostatistician with extensive experience conducting statistical analyses of psychotherapy clinical trial data focused on suicide-related and PTSD outcomes.

The biostatistician will have primary responsibility for statistical analysis of study data and will provide consultation to the study Principal Investigator and study team on matters related to database management and design, statistical programming, and interpretation of analysis results.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Tuesday, August 13, 2024, 4:00PM, EST. Interest/capability statements may be sent to rachael.talbott@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
