The biostatistician will have primary responsibility for statistical analysis of study data and will provide consultation to the study Principal Investigator and study team on matters related to database management and design, statistical programming, and interpretation of analysis results. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Tuesday, August 13, 2024, 4:00PM, EST. Interest/capability statements may be sent to rachael.talbott@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted.
