The emergency requirement will be sole-sourced to Aggreko, LLC, 4607 W Admiral Doyle Dr New Iberia, LA 70560. The Lt. Col. Luke Weathers Jr, VAMC emergency rental of a portable air handling unit Aggreko, LLC will be able to complete this requirement for the Lt. Col. Luke Weathers Jr, VAMC Memphis, TN. Aggreko, LLC is being chosen to fulfill this requirement because the contractor has been found to be a responsible small business via SAM and Fed Data Check.

Contractor has quoted the VA with a reasonable price, found acceptable to the requesting service. The overall contract value does not exceed the SAT. This procurement is being conducted under the authority cited at FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (Soliciting from a single source under SAT). The NAICS code is 532490 with a size standard of $40 Million Dollars for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
