Utilities are proposed calculations submitted by the offeror as firm fixed price for each year. Could the government define all that s considered utilities? i.e. electric, water, sewer, internet, wifi etc. Please refer to Exhibit G Lessor s Annual Cost Statement for specifics.

Or is this required for VA compatibility with existing systems? This is required for VA compatibility with existing systems at our main campus and all other CBOC locations.
