Responses to Questions Per Exhibit+L+Tenant+Improvements+Cost+Summary DIVISION 33 UTILITIES: Could the government please confirm this is the estimated monthly utilities? Utilities are proposed calculations submitted by the offeror as firm fixed price for each year. Could the government define all that s considered utilities? i.e. electric, water, sewer, internet, wifi etc. Please refer to Exhibit G Lessor s Annual Cost Statement for specifics.

Exhibit+B+Agency+Specific+Requirements+rev, page 8 list Hirsch for physical access control and door security. Is the government open to an equal or better alternative? Or is this required for VA compatibility with existing systems? This is required for VA compatibility with existing systems at our main campus and all other CBOC locations. Is the government open to the buildout pricing being included in the lease price over the term period for the lease?

Could the government please explain or provide additional examples of the difference between the TI and the Shell columns on the TICS tab on Exhibit+L+Tenant+Improvements+Cost+Summary? Please refer to the tabs at the bottom of Exhibit L for definition of TI (tenant improvement) and Shell. Could the government please extend the due date to 25 August? The solicitation has been extended to August 20, 2025 at 3PM.
