This is a Sources Sought Notice Only. It is neither a solicitation nor a Request for Quote (RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Requests for quote will not receive a response. The Government will reimburse any costs associated with preparing a response to this notice. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to conduct market research, identified potential qualified vendors and determine their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification under North American Industry Classification System 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing (size standard: 800 employees). The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 8), is seeking sources capable of providing Edwards SAPIEN 3 Ultra Resilia Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) with Commander System in 23mm, 26mm, 29mm, 20mm, and Pascal Precision System Mitral/PASCAL ACE Implant System for the Veteran Integrative Service Network (VISN 8) as consignment agreement delivery method under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract.
