PROJECT TITLE: Bid Build (BB) HVAC Modifications & Miscellaneous Upgrades, Project No. 548-23-138 CONTRACT TYPE:

Bid Build (BB), Firm Fixed Price PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for this project. The project includes demolition and construction of new HVAC modifications in the existing hospital. The proposed renovations are located in the basement, on the 1st Floor, and 2nd Floor of the main hospital (Building 1).

The project includes renovations to the HVAC in storage bays 1, 2, 3, storage bay 95, storage bay 97, pharmacy storage bay 99, morgue BA-304, outpatient pharmacy space 1B-111, sterile storage room 1B-295, GI space 2C-355, and GI space 2C-355. Project is located at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410. Period of performance is 180 days.

MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION:
