Emergent Hurricane Repairs Gainesville and Lake City (Hurricanes Debby and Helene)

A qualified contractor is needed to make urgent repairs due to the impact on structures caused by Hurricanes Debby and Helene. Roofs have leaks causing extensive damage due to water penetration which often renders the areas inoperable because of the destruction to the architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

The Gainesville project work includes but is not limited to dry damaged roofs and repair leaks, seal expansion joints, seal Penthouse elevator doors, replace damaged windows and window seals, install trench drain, and mitigate OR damage.

The Lake City project work includes but is not limited to, dry damaged roofs and repair leaks, replace damaged exhaust fans, install new roof drains, remove and replace existing lighting, replace drywall, asbestos abatement and provide air quality reports, and repair a portion of the roof that was completely ripped off during Hurricane Helene The award was made under Unusual and Compelling Urgency per 41 USC §3304(a)(2) as implemented by FAR 6.302-2.
