Condenser Coils for Johnson Controls YLAA Chiller

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 08 (NCO 08) hereby gives notice of the Government's intent to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with the only known source, Johnson Controls, Inc. The procurement is for Condenser Coils and Coil Clamps for the current Johnson Controls YLAA Chiller unit at the C.W. Bill Young Veterans' Hospital located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, Florida 33744. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

Telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide Condenser Coils and Coil Clamps may give written notice to peter.hernandez2@va.gov by 10:00AM EST on September 27, 2024. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement.

Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
