NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price, contract to Galvanize Therapeutics INC for 3 Aliya Electrodes (5 Pack) to be delivered to the Asheville VA Medical Center located at 1100 Tunnel Road, Asheville, NC 28805. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334510 (Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS The Department of Veterans Affairs, Asheville VA Medical Center intends to award a firm fixed price, single source contract to Galvanize Therapeutics INC. The purpose of the contract is to obtain Aliya Electrodes (5 Pack) for use with the Aliya System that is already on site as the Asheville VA Medical Center OR. Order to include the following:
(P/N GTI-00024) Aliya Electrode (5 Pack) A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification.
