THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS The Department of Veterans Affairs, Asheville VA Medical Center intends to award a firm fixed price, single source contract to Galvanize Therapeutics INC. The purpose of the contract is to obtain Aliya Electrodes (5 Pack) for use with the Aliya System that is already on site as the Asheville VA Medical Center OR.
