Q: How many pieces of equipment are involved for each imaging modality ( X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Digital Radiography, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Dental, and Ultrasound)? This numbers were submitted on the CLIN detailing each modality based on facility.  Q: Is this for the VA hospital facility only or is there any imaging equipment located at satellite clinics as well? Wilmington, NC Q: For nuclear medicine what type of cameras ( e.g. Spect, Spect/CT, PET, etc.), and how many hot labs are involved?

If so, do you have an approximate number of lead aprons in the facility and areas for shielding?
