This numbers were submitted on the CLIN detailing each modality based on facility.  Q: Is this for the VA hospital facility only or is there any imaging equipment located at satellite clinics as well? Wilmington, NC Q: For nuclear medicine what type of cameras ( e.g. Spect, Spect/CT, PET, etc.), and how many hot labs are involved?

If so, do you have an approximate number of lead aprons in the facility and areas for shielding? Lead Apron Shielding exams not performed under this contract New equipment replacements may result in requests for Shielding Design Plans, but is not included under this contract.

Q: We would like to know if this is a brand-new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. Not a new contract.
