**Q&A Radiographic Equipment Inspection| Fayetteville:**

**Q:** How many pieces of equipment are involved for each imaging modality ( X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Digital Radiography, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Dental, and Ultrasound)? This numbers were submitted on the CLIN detailing each modality based on facility.  Q: Is this for the VA hospital facility only or is there any imaging equipment located at satellite clinics as well? If so, how many satellite clinics are involved and where are they located? Fayetteville VA Medical Center (FVAMC) Fayetteville, NC Fayetteville Healthcare Center (FHCC) Fayetteville NC Wilmington Healthcare Center (WHCC)

**Wilmington, NC Q:** For nuclear medicine what type of cameras ( e.g. Spect, Spect/CT, PET, etc.), and how many hot labs are involved?

**2 - SPECT/CT Cameras 1 Hot Lab Q:** Please clarify if lead apron and/or any structural shielding work is included in the expectation for these personnel? If so, do you have an approximate number of lead aprons in the facility and areas for shielding? Lead Apron Shielding exams not performed under this contract New equipment replacements may result in requests for Shielding Design Plans, but is not included under this contract.

**Q:** We would like to know if this is a brand-new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. Not a new contract.

**Q:** If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?

**36C24620P0082 Q:** Clin line items 1010, 2010, 3010, and 4010 are different than 0010. I assume that this is a mistake. Not seeing this discrepancy on my end. All amounts are equal to 1. Q: Do you recall how many bids there was on the current contract 5 years ago? 2
