The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, in Hampton, VA, intends to award on a Sole Source basis, a contract to NCH Corporation dba Chemsearch FE to support the Charles George VA Medical Center (CGVAMC) in Asheville, NC for the ECO Flow BioAmp Drain Cleaning Program requriement. Period of Performance is 26 June 2024 through 25 June 2025 with four, 4, option year periods to extend. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.302.

The CGVAMC uses the installed and patented EcoBionics BioAmp and DrainCobra System, developed by Chemsearch EcoFlow. This system disperses chemical pellets daily to keep the drains clear of any debris which could cause a back-up in the drain. Only their technicians are authorized to perform this service. Please note, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Solicitation documents are not available and telephone requests will not be accepted.

However, any business who believes it can meet the requirements and possesses relevant past-experience and expertise may give written notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; However, Government determination not to compete the proposed acquisition, based upon responses of this notice, is solely within Government discretion. NAICS Code 561790 / Size Standard $9 million. Responses must be received, via email, no later than 12:00 pm EST on 20 June 2024 to Satasha.Stewart@va.gov. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
