Page 2 of 2 INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Omnicell Inc, 500 Cranberry Woods Dive, Cranberry Township, PA, 16066. Their SAM UEI: L5KFJWTBJDN5. The procurement is for Omnicell equipment to be used at the Richmond VAMC. This acquisition is for a firm-fixed-price, one-time buy.

Equipment to be purchased: (6) OC Remote Access Licenses WIN2019, (1) UPG, OC Server WIN2019 21-175 Devices, and (1) OC Virtual WIN2019 Test Server NAICS code 541519 applies to this procurement. The size standard is $34.0 Million. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 8.405(a)(1)(i)(B).
