Page 2 of 2 INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Omnicell Inc, 500 Cranberry Woods Dive, Cranberry Township, PA, 16066. Their SAM UEI: L5KFJWTBJDN5. The procurement is for Omnicell equipment to be used at the Richmond VAMC. This acquisition is for a firm-fixed-price, one-time buy.

Equipment to be purchased: (6) OC Remote Access Licenses WIN2019, (1) UPG, OC Server WIN2019 21-175 Devices, and (1) OC Virtual WIN2019 Test Server NAICS code 541519 applies to this procurement. The size standard is $34.0 Million. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 8.405(a)(1)(i)(B). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations.
