Contractor to provide all the necessary materials and labor to replace windows to fourth floor windows in the B Wing and one window in A wing: 4A112. All rooms are in Building 1 Fourth Floor at the Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in Washington DC (VAMC DC) located at 50 Irving Street, N.W. Washington D.C.

20422. Note: Windows in the E Wing, 4A103A and 4A103 have been removed from the scope. Wallpaper located in the following B Wing rooms: 4B134, 4B135, 4B136, 4B137, 4B137A, 4B138, 4B139, 4B140, 4B141, 4B141A, 4B142, 4B143, 4B144, 4B145, 4B146, 4B150-A, 4B150-B, 4B121, 4B122, 4B123, 4B124, 4B125, 4B126, 4B127, 4B127A, 4B127B, 4B127C, 4B129A, 4B130A, 4B129C, 4B129D, 4B130B, 4B133 shall also be removed. Walls shall be prepped, according to specifications, and painted.
