This project consists of the contractor providing all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to replace deteriorated fourth floor windows in B and E Wing in addition to removing the wallpaper and provide patch and paint to several rooms of B Wing at the Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in Washington DC (VAMCDC) located at 50 Irving Street, N.W. Washington D.C. 20422. Competition for this procurement will be restricted to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). SDVOSB firms that submit bids on SDVOSB set asides that are not verified will be deemed nonresponsive. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The firm must be a general construction firm approved under NAICS: 236220, size standard: $45 million. The offeror shall obtain all necessary licenses or permits required to perform this work in Washington DC. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: https://veterans.certify.sba.gov, and https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. A Joint Venture Agreement (JV Agreement) must be completed at the time of the bid opening and conform to JV requirements. JV Agreements shall be submitted with the bid. There will be a pre-bid site visit for this project which will be held at the Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in Washington DC (VAMCDC), Washington D.C. 20422.
