DESCRIPTION This is Pre-solicitation Only. The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (CMCVAMC), Philadelphia, PA has a requirement for Project No. 642-22-134, Renovate Behavioral Health (BH) 7E/7W Nurse Station. This project consists of but is not limited to the following:
providing all necessary tools, labor, equipment, materials, waste/scrap disposal, and supervision required to remove and replace the existing BH 7E/7W nurses station and replace with a new BH 7E/7W nurses station per the specifications laid out in this SOW. The place of performance is at the CMCVAMC, Philadelphia VAMC, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104-4551. The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The Period of Performance will be approximately 180 calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All work on this project shall be accomplished between 07:00 and 16:00 Hours Eastern Time from Monday through Friday.
Set-Aside Info: This solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.
The firm shall be a small business under the relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and must be registered and current on the following websites: the U.S. General Services Administration System for Award Management (SAM.GOV) website at https://sam.gov and the U.S. Small Business Administration Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) website at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/.
Offerors shall ensure registrations on these websites are not expired and are correct, current, and valid. The NAICS code for this project is 236220-Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the small business size standard is $45.0 Million. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held within two (2) weeks after issuance of the solicitation. The exact date/time/location of the conference will be specified in the solicitation.
The solicitation documents will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about November 15th, 2024. All questions shall be accepted in writing by email to the Contract Specialist, Allan Tabliago at allan.tabliago@va.gov. Responses to all inquiries/questions will be returned via email to those offerors solicited giving due regard to the proper protection of proprietary information.
