Crescenz Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (CMCVAMC), Philadelphia, PA has a requirement for Project No. 642-22-134, Renovate Behavioral Health (BH) 7E/7W Nurse Station. This project consists of but is not limited to the following: providing all necessary tools, labor, equipment, materials, waste/scrap disposal, and supervision required to remove and replace the existing BH 7E/7W nurses station and replace with a new BH 7E/7W nurses station per the specifications laid out in this SOW. The place of performance is at the CMCVAMC, Philadelphia VAMC, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104-4551. The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The Period of Performance will be approximately 180 calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All work on this project shall be accomplished between 07:00 and 16:00 Hours Eastern Time from Monday through Friday. **Set-Aside Info:** This solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.
