THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide three adaptive road bikes to the Geriatrics and Extended Care Division for their recreational adaptive biking program.
This requirement is for the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, H. John Heinz III Campus, located in Pittsburg, PA 15215. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about September 10th, 2025. The full solicitation will be unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 339920 Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing: the size standard is 750 employees.
