INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs, Wilkes Barre VA Medical Center, hereby gives notice of the Government s intent to establish a firm-fixed-price order with OmniCell, Inc., for support services for already acquired OmniCell equipment in use at the Wilkes Barre VA Medical Center, 1111 E End Blvd, Wilkes Barre, PA, 18711 This action will allow Wilkes Barre VA Medical Center to have a continued access to services without disruption that fulfills an existing Government need.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and is for information purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
