The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System intends to negotiate a sole source order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (Limiting Sources) for bulk supply of Xofigo Radium 223 dichloride doses to Cardinal Health LLC of 700 Cardinal Place, Dublin, OH 43017-1091. The Justification and Approval for this action is attached. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price open market order.

The NAICS Code is 325412. This special notice serves as notice of intent to award a sole source a contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
