## Description

The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System intends to negotiate a sole source order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (Limiting Sources) for bulk supply of Xofigo Radium 223 dichloride doses to Cardinal Health LLC of 700 Cardinal Place, Dublin, OH 43017-1091. The Justification and Approval for this action is attached. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price open market order.
