The Veterans Integrated Services Networks (VISN) 04 Office intends to negotiate a sole source order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (Limiting Sources) for Altoona Exterior Mobile Solar LED Signs to Solar Technology, Inc. of 7620 Cetronia Road, Allentown, PA 18106. The Statement of Need for this action is attached. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price open market order.

The NAICS Code is 339950. This special notice serves as notice of intent to award a sole source a contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
