The Veterans Integrated Services Networks (VISN) 04 Office intends to negotiate a sole source order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (Limiting Sources) for Altoona Exterior Mobile Solar LED Signs to Solar Technology, Inc. of 7620 Cetronia Road, Allentown, PA 18106. The Statement of Need for this action is attached. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price open market order.
