Interview and presentation date: 05/01/2026 - only three with the highest score will be invited to present in person.

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PROPOSAL negotiation date: 05/05/2026 - will be provided to the highest scored firm. This a Total Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned- Small-Business(SDVOSB) - set aside procurement with 365 calendar days POP. The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to extend the due dates for SF330 submittals to 12:00 PM on 5/18/2026. Dates for scoring, interviews, and proposals will also be extended accordingly.
