**SEE CHANGES BELOW and ATTACHED:** ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED AND THE SAME. THIS AMENDMENT IS ISSUED TO EXTEND TIME AND DATE FOR SF330 SUBMITTALS DUE TO SAM.GOV ERROR. SF330 due date: MUST BE SUBMITTED BY EMAIL ONLY - Vladimir.Stoyanov@VA.GOV NOT LATER THAN 12:00 PM ON 04/27/26. SF330 review and score completion date: 04/30/2026. Interview and presentation date: 05/01/2026 - only three with the highest score will be invited to present in person.

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PROPOSAL negotiation date: 05/05/2026 - will be provided to the highest scored firm. This a Total Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned- Small-Business(SDVOSB) - set aside procurement with 365 calendar days POP. The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to extend the due dates for SF330 submittals to 12:00 PM on 5/18/2026. Dates for scoring, interviews, and proposals will also be extended accordingly.
