Olympus Bronchoscopes

The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 02 intends to solicit from a single source IAW FAR 12.201-1 to obtain leasing and Repair services for Olympus scopes.

Anticipated Period of performance: 09/01/2026 to 08/31/2027, with the provision of two (2) 12-month Options through 08/31/2029 Basic description of the requirement: Olympus America Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and is the sole authorized distributor of equipment/software and provider of maintenance, support, and leasing of the items described below. Olympus America Inc. will retain ownership of these items during the lease term. This requirement involves leasing and repair services for the equipment below:

Three (3) BF UC190F EBUS bronchoscopes Two (2) BF 1TH190 therapeutic bronchoscopes One (1) BF H190 standard adult bronchoscope One (1) BF P190 slim bronchoscope Place of Performance: Syracuse VA Medical Center 800 Irving Avenue Syracuse, NY 13210 NAICS code: 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 Employees.

Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements.

Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due on 05/22/2026 at 10:00 am EST.
