Peters Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York 10468 to furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, and material necessary to replace York Chiller 3 YMC2 VSD control cabinet in the Bldg. 101. (boiler plant).

Scope of Work: Contractor must Lock out Tag Out (LOTO) all electrical sources at the chiller and the switch gear room and remove all connections to the cabinet. Contractor must rig the damaged cabinet down and dispose of it and rig the new cabinet in place and secure it. Contractor must reconnect all connections to the cabinet, restore power, and test of the entire electrical system. Contractor must test chiller to ensure full functionality.
