AFTER MILLING THE EXISTING SURFACE, CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE TRUING AND LEVELING ASPHALT COURSE AS NECESSARY TO FILL ANY HOLES OR RUTS IN BASE TO PROVIDE A CONSISTENT SURFACE FOR NEW TOP COURSE PAVING.
