**Add Note:** #6. AFTER MILLING THE EXISTING SURFACE, CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE TRUING AND LEVELING ASPHALT COURSE AS NECESSARY TO FILL ANY HOLES OR RUTS IN BASE TO PROVIDE A CONSISTENT SURFACE FOR NEW TOP COURSE PAVING. MIX DESIGN TO BE CONSISTENT WITH VA AND LOCAL SPECIFICATIONS. CONTRACTOR TO INCLUDE AN ALLOWANCE FOR THE PLACEMENT OF 30 TON OF TRUING AND LEVELING FOR THESE PURPOSES. 2. Refer to the Drawing Key Notes included on drawings C201 and C202. ADD notes: #7. PROVIDE 4 WHITE DIAGONAL PAVEMENT MARKINGS AT 2 O.C. IN AREA INDICATED ON THE PLANS. #8. PROVIDE BLUE ADA PAVEMENT MARKINGS. SEE DETAIL 5/C501.
