Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 1, Regional Procurement Office East intends to negotiate a sole source contract for 6515 - Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies in accordance with FAR13.106-1(b). SUPPLY: The Contracting Activity is looking to acquire delivery and implementation of (1) VitalEEG Wireless Electroencephalogram Headset. Jamaica Plain VA Medical Center s Neurology team, in coordination with the TeleEEG (Electroencephalogram) program, has a need to collect rapid EEGs using a low channel-count, wireless EEG headset. The location of the service will be at the Jamaica Plain Veterans Affairs Medical Center 150 S. Huntington Avenue Jamaica Plain, MA 02130-4817.
