FBO Description The Department of Veterans Affairs is interested in leasing a minimum of 3969 RSF, and a maximum of 4,168 RSF of Admin space for a Vet Center in the city of Hyannis / Cope Cod, MA. Space shall be available for use by Tenant (VA) for personnel, furnishings, and equipment to meet the needs for a Vet Center. Space design will provide maximum co-location of the staff providing services to our patients. The space shall be office space in a professional and aesthetically pleasing Building. Response due date to Request for Lease Proposal is October 18, 2024 by 4:00PM EST.
