Response Due Date: September 16, 2024, by 10:00AM (EST) NOTICE OF THE INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS Network Contract Office 1, Procurement Office East on behalf of The Department of Veterans Affairs, Northampton VA Medical Center 421 N. Main Street, Leeds, MA 01053-9764 to award a firm-fixed contract with no options for delivery of (1) Pelican Mechanical Sweeper (Model No. PELICAN P DUAL T4).

The proposed procurement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B) Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality ,equired because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized; The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this requirement is 333120. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
