Is there a possibility of a service elevator? Furniture will be installed on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator to move the furniture. How detailed of a timeline is expected for assembly with the submittals? Reference the SOW. Delivery within 5 days and assembly and installation within 5 days. There will not be any submittals. Contractor is to pick up furniture, deliver, assemble and install. What constitutes an experienced supervisor?

Experience with assembly and installation of System style furniture. in accordance with the SOW Assembly and installation supervision shall be handled by an experienced on-site supervisor trained by the manufacturer or certified designee. In the event of award and government funding lapse, will I and team be able to access location to assemble furniture? reference SOW.

The RFI does not state who the manufacturer is nor are we trained by a manufacturer. But we have been installing furniture for nearly 30 years. Does this make us ineligible to bid on this project? The furniture is manufactured by Steelcase
